Description
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) containing 7% Human Serum Albumin (HSA) is a viscous solution designed to facilitate sperm micromanipulation during intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) by slowing or immobilizing sperm. PVP 7% offers lower viscosity compared to PVP 10%, making it suitable for use with low-quality or low-motility sperm. Additionally, the PVP solution provides enhanced control over fluid flow and prevents pipette sticking during ICSI procedures.
Contains:
Human serum albumin (5 mg/mL) and reconstituted in isotonic HEPES-buffered HTF medium.
