Hyaluronidase Solution is intended for the removal of cumulus cells surrounding freshing retrieved oocytes. Every lot of hyaluronidase solution undergoes testing to ensure an enzymatic activity level of 80 IU/mL, ensuring uniform removal of cumulus cells surrounding collected oocytes.
Contains:
– 80 IU/mL of hyaluronidase enzyme in HEPES-buffered HTF
– Human serum albumin (5 mg/mL)
– Gentamicin sulfate (10 µg/mL)
