Description
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) 10% is a viscsous solution that simplifies sperm micromanipulation during intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) by moderating or reducing sperm motility. PVP 10% exhibits higher viscosity compared to PVP 7% and is suggested for application with robust and highly motile sperm. The use of PVP solution provides improved management of fluid dynamics and minimizes pipette adherence during ICSI procedures.

Human serum albumin (5 mg/mL) and reconstituted in isotonic HEPES-buffered HTF medium.
